Shipping destinations and rates

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Available methods and final charges are shown at checkout before payment.

  • Standard: $5.90 USD.
  • Express: $7.90 USD. Check the delivery estimate shown at checkout; order processing time still applies.
  • Free Shipping: available on orders of $49.00 USD or more.

Delivery time at a glance

Order processing takes 3–5 business days, followed by transit of 3–8 business days within the U.S., for an estimated total of 6–13 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. Tracking information is made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

Delayed delivery

In rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated time frame, especially during the holiday season (November–December) and during promotions. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at support@jaridesk.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if it is confirmed lost, ship a replacement.

Processing and dispatch

Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from transit time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3–5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed and handed to the carrier). During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take longer.

Cancelling an order

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel a order if it has already been processed.

If order is cancelled within 30 minutes before your order is PROCESSED there is a transaction fee of $20 per each order

If you reach out and we tell you it is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
